We like you to know that we are manufacturing all our garments and leather goods at our shop. As manufacturers we are able to closely monitor and maintain the level of quality that our customers require in each garment and deliver by the date we promise. We use quality material which closely match specimens. Our clothing and uniforms are accurate replicas not costumes. They have been carefully manufactured after searching different original garments. We accept Custom orders for a uniform item, which will be tailored in accordance to customers specific requirements. Goods on custom orders are Not refundable or returnable. Please call or write first for a price quote, including shipping charges and confirm your measurements before ordering.

TERMS:

For all those companies fairly new for us, please send Full payment in advance with orders. No blind credit option please.For customers already entered into an agreement with us, all sales are 60 Days automatic net. Call or write for your copy of Sales Agreement. This agreement must be signed before any sales are finalized. Any other terms must be arranged with us in written before any sales are finalized.

SHIPPING:

We normally ship within 2-5 days where the items on your order are available in stock. Where involves the final finishing process allow us 5-7 days period. And, where the entire process of manufacturing is involved, allow us 1-2 weeks period for delivery. Shipping via Airfreight ( air transport ) is the most economical way, but it is applicable only where gross shipping weight of a shipment is 100 kg. or more.

REFUND/EXCHANGE:

Refunds or exchanges are allowed within 30 days provided the product is returned in perfect condition. Simply mail them to our rep. in N.Y. and deduct the cost direct from the relative invoice. No claims acceptable after 30 days period
